Welcome to the Warm Nordic webshop
When shopping in the Warm Nordic webshop, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below. So we strongly recommend you to read the terms and conditions carefully before you shop in our webshop.
Purchase of goods
When purchasing goods in the Warm Nordic webshop you must provide your personal information, including name, address and payment details. Once you have done this, we will email you an order overview for your order. Once the payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation. If you have further questions, please phone Customer Services on +45 42 62 06 00: Monday – Thursday from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm and Friday from 9.00 am to 14.00 pm. You must be 18 years of age or over to shop with us. If you are below the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
At https://www.warmnordic.com you can only order goods via our webshop. If you wish to shop for our products in a physical shop, we refer you to our retailers.
How to shop with us
Shopping with us involves 5 steps:
- Find the item or items you want and add it/them in your shopping basket. Then proceed to checkout.
- Enter your personal information.
- Choose delivery/payment method.
- Check that all the information is correct on the summary page and confirm the purchase.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to change your mind about a purchase without explanation within 14 days. The withdrawal deadline is 14 days following the day, on which you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) is in physical possession of the item. If your order arrives in several shipments, the withdrawal period is from the moment you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) is in physical possession of the last shipment. If the period ends on a bank holiday, a Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the period will be extended to the next business day.
How to use your right of withdrawal
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you simply need to return the item in accordance with the instructions on the delivery note/return receipt, which you received in the package with the item. In the case of large items (furniture), please read the paragraph below.

Please be aware that you cannot change your mind about a purchase by refusing to receive the item or omitting to collect it – unless you also let us know that you have changed your mind. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you inform us that you have changed your mind about the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.
Returning an item (from Sweden, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy)

Special terms and conditions for large items (furniture)
On account of their volume or weight, some items are not suitable for shipping as packages. This usually applies to large items of furniture such as sofas, tables, armchairs, benches, cabinets etc. In these cases you need to contact our Customer Services, who will arrange to have the item picked up at your home. The procedure will also appear on the accompanying delivery note and return receipt. Please note that the above requirements with regard to the condition, in which the item must be returned, also apply to large items.
Returning an item (from Norway)
If you have changed your mind about the purchase of an item, you must always phone our Customer Services on +45 42 62 06 00 or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you have changed your mind about your purchase. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you return the item/s before the 14 days have passed. You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.
Refund of your money
When you revoke a purchase, we will refund the amount we received from you. We will refund the amount without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date, on which we received your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item/s, or until you have sent proof that you have returned the item/s. Remember to hold on to your shipping/postal receipt as evidence that the item has been shipped.
We make such a repayment with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be subject to any fees that result from the refund.
Checking the item and packaging
You are only responsible for any reduction of the item’s value, which is due to handling of the product other than what is necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the item/s and the way in which it works.
You must usually examine the item in the same way you may, and must in a shop, but you must not put it to use. If you have used it in a way you may not, or must not in a shop, and we are unable to resell it, or not resell it at full price, you must take into account that we will deduct the depreciation from the amount we refund you. If the item no longer has any commercial value, we will not refund the purchase price.
Accordingly, you must return the item in its original packaging, because otherwise this may result in depreciation and we will not then refund the whole purchase price. That is why it is a good idea to hold on to the original packaging until you have made your final decision. You are liable for item/s until we receive it/them. So please save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.
The above terms and conditions are Warm Nordic’s standard terms and conditions. In the event that local legislation on individual markets gives you better rights than Warm Nordic’s standard terms and conditions, we will of course respect the rules of the local legislation.
Warranty and Right of Complaint
Warm Nordic provides a 2-year warranty on all items. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
The Warm Nordic webshop works in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act as stipulated by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority. Complaints must be made in accordance with the regulations of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. That means that you can complain about flaws and defects, which arise within 24 months after purchase. This may be flaws or manufacturing defects. However, this does not apply to flaws, damage or wear resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance, or from normal wear and tear.
In other words, when you shop with us, you have the right of complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, depending on the specific situation, it means that you can have the item repaired or exchanged, a refund or a reduction in price.
You must complain as soon as possible after discovering the defect.
In the event of complaint, flaws and defects or overdue shipments, please phone our Customer Services department at +45 42 62 06 00 or email them on firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Services will make a judgement on which is the proper way to tackle your complaint. If the item needs to be returned by parcel post, we will send you a return label to attach to the package. In the case of a large item (furniture), we may have to make an appointment to have it collected. In any case, it is important that you pack the product properly so that it does not get damaged during transport.
When you return an item, please attach a detailed description of the problem.
We do not accept packages that are not delivered to us or packages sent cash on delivery.

On the Warm Nordic webshop you can pay with Dankort and Visa/Dankort, eDankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Paypal and MobilePay.
The amount will be deducted from your account when the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
All prices in Warm Nordic’s Danish webshop are listed in DKK and include 25% VAT.
All prices in Warm Nordic’s English-speaking webshop are listed in SEK for Sweden, NOK for Norway and EUR for Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. All prices in SEK, NOK and EUR include 25% VAT.
Security on the Warm Nordic webshop is top notch. All communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). Neither Warm Nordic webshop nor any other unauthorised person has an opportunity to view the data exchanged in connection with a purchase. On the Warm Nordic webshop your personal contact information is 100% confidential and is not shared with other parties.
Customs Duty & VAT
If you place an order from Denmark, you pay Danish VAT (25%)
If you place an order from Sweden, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy, you pay Danish VAT (25%), but no customs duty in accordance with the rules on the free movement of goods.
If you place an order from Norway, you pay Norwegian VAT (25%).
If a price is blatantly wrong, and you should have reasonably discovered this, we are not obliged to supply that product at the wrong price.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery
We deliver to the following countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
The delivery cost is 15 € / 99 SEK for small packages and 40 € / 299 SEK for large packages. In the checkout, the delivery cost is added to your basket.
Please note that we do not ship to countries outside Europe – and only to the countries listed above. If you have further questions about this, or if you are resident outside the countries listed above, and wish to shop in the Warm Nordic webshop, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We send all smaller items by parcel post. This enables us to trace the package, if any problems arise. Larger items (furniture) are shipped with furniture hauliers. Items are insured during shipment, and upon receipt we encourage you to check the packaging and the contents of the package. If the packaging and/or contents is/are damaged when you receive it, you must contact us as soon as possible, and no later than within 5 calendar days.
We always package the items securely to minimise the risk of damage during transport.
If, nonetheless, you receive a package that has visible signs of damage during transport, it is important that you receive the package with reservation, or alternatively open the package in the presence of the shipping company. If the contents have been damaged, you must take out an action for damages with the shipping company in question. It is important that you immediately take exception to the condition of the package and do not acknowledge receipt without reservation. Warm Nordic deliver your order directly to your home. Smaller items such as lamps, accessories etc. are delivered as parcels. Larger items, such as most furniture, are delivered with a furniture haulier.
Shipment of parcels – delivery time
Normal delivery time per country as follows:
Denmark: 2-3 business days
Holland, Belgium, Germany, Austria and France: 3-4 business days
Sweden: 3-5 business days
Norway: 3-6 business days
Finland, Ireland and Italy: 4-6 business days
Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal: 5-6 business days
United Kingdom: 3-4 business days
In the case of larger items that are shipped with a furniture haulier, you must expect a longer delivery time. The specific delivery times for your country are listed below.
Delivery generally takes place with 2-man-operated lorries. Delivery will be made to the first accessible room in the home.
The day prior to the first possible delivery time, the haulier will contact you to make a precise agreement about the delivery day. They will also agree on a time of delivery within the applicable delivery windows in the area in question.
We deliver to all mainland destinations and any islands connected to the mainland by a bridge.
Prior to delivery, please note/ensure:
- That you can be reached at the phone number you entered on your order.
- When the haulier contacts you to make an appointment for delivery, you must inform them of any conditions that may affect delivery. For example:
- That the furniture can pass through doorways (you can find the dimensions on the website)
- Roads that are difficult to access
- Gate/door code
- Access to lift
- Narrow/steep stairs
- The driver will not remove his shoes due to health and safety regulations. So it is a good idea to cover delicate floors with dustsheets.

Sweden, Norway, Germany, Austria, Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg: 7-14 business days
Finland, Ireland and France: 7-16 business days
