Balloon
Balloon
Behind the iconic Balloon lounge chair with its industrial look is the renowned Danish architect Hans Olsen, who designed the chair in the 50s. The lounge chair is both raw, playful and embracing in its design and appeals to the senses with delicious nubuck, teak armrests in combination with a light metal frame. Balloon spreads coziness and a lounge atmosphere throughout the home, both alone and in the company of everything from modern to more classic furniture. The lounge chair does not take up much space, is wonderful to sit in and refined in both the living room, family room and the master bedroom. In terms of craftsmanship, the Balloon requires great skill with the suede stretched over the frame and fixed to the frame at the back with the strings as a beautiful detail. The Balloon lounge chair is characterized in several directions, from the raw, masculine expression to a more feminine radiance.
