Today, Warm Nordic looks after the design legacy of several internationally known design icons.

Today, Warm Nordic has the rights to all designs and, in accordance with the families' wishes, will continuously launch specially selected design classics.

SVEND AAGE HOLM-SØRENSEN

Dane Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen (1913-2004) had a creative streak beyond the ordinary. He is known among vintage collectors, not least internationally, where the original lamps fetch high hammer blows at auctions.

HANS OLSEN

Hans Olsen (1919-1992) left his own mark on 1950s Danish modernism with his well-rounded furniture with personality. Several design classics from the hand of the Danish architect are today collectors' icons and are sold for high bids at international auctions.

ARNE HOVMAND-OLSEN

Arne Hovmand-Olsen (1919-1989) had his eyes on the world both before and after he became one of Denmark's renowned furniture designers in the 50s. The furniture caused great resonance in both Denmark and abroad and with its quality and elegance also appeals to a contemporary audience.

HANS-AGNE JAKOBSSON

Hans-Agne Jakobsson (1919-2009) er kendt som en sand mester inden for belysningens kunst og har efterladt sig en stærk designarv. Mange af de originale lamper er i dag værdifulde samleobjekter, som der er stor interesse for på internationale auktioner.

JO HAMMERBORG

Danske Jo Hammerborg (1920-1982) var dybt fascineret af himmelrummet, og hans passion for flyvning og faldskærmsudspring var en væsentlig inspirationskilde til hans innovative såvel som folkekære lampedesign, der har modtaget flere internationale priser. I 100-året for Jo Hammerborgs fødsel lancerer Warm Nordic en Jo Hammerborg-linje som en hyldest til den bemærkelsesværdige danske designer og hans imponerende lampeproduktion.

HENRY HANS SCHUBELL

Deeply rooted in history, Henry Schubell (1906-2001) stands as an iconic figure whose vision and expertise have inspired generations. Born and raised in the charming coastal town of Helsingør in 1906, Schubell was drawn to the special beauty of wood from a young age.

Henry Schubell's career began as an apprentice at Winter & Winding, where his talent as a cabinetmaker was quickly recognized. Over the years he established himself as a pioneer in Danish design, and his collaboration with Arnold Madsen led to the creation of the famous brand "Madsen & Schubell".
