Classic coffee table in wood with an extraordinarily beautiful design, created in the 50s by the renowned Danish furniture designer Arne Hovmand-Olsen. The table top's design is inspired by the shape of a surfboard and gives the coffee table an inherent lightness and a very special beauty that makes it slide effortlessly into a modern interior. The length of the table top is a gift when there are many people on the sofa, while the understated and elegant sway at the ends really comes into its own when the Surfboard is viewed in profile.

Choose from several types of wood and surface treatments with an exquisite finish. The coffee table is made in teak and walnut with a clear reference to the 50s as well as oak with a modern feel.

DESIGNER

Arne Hovmand Olsen

Arne Hovmand-Olsen (1919-1989) had his eyes on the world both before and after he became one of Denmark's renowned furniture designers in the 50s. The son of a farmer and an aesthete by nature, he started out as a cabinetmaker's apprentice before studying furniture design and pursuing his passion for visual composition and furniture design.
