In general
We send all smaller items as parcel post. This allows us to track the package should any problems arise. Larger items (including furniture) are sent by furniture transporter. The goods are insured during shipment, and upon receipt we encourage you to check the package's packaging and the package's contents. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive them, please contact us as soon as possible - within three calendar days at the latest.
We always pack the goods securely, thus minimizing the risk of shipping damage.
If you nevertheless receive a package that has visible signs of damage after transport, please accept the package with reservations (and note this on the waybill) and also open the package while the shipping company's staff looks on. Always contact our customer service if you are in doubt or have received a defective item. Telephone: +45 42 62 06 00 or mail: info@warmnordic.com

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel purchases without reason within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you (but not the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. If your order comes in multiple batches, the cancellation period runs from the time when the last item is received.
The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice that you regret the purchase before the cancellation period has expired. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the period is extended to the next weekday.
If you have regretted your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Then simply return the item according to the given instruction received by our customer service. For larger items (furniture), you must contact customer service and arrange collection of the item at your address. See more under the 'returns' section.
PLEASE NOTE
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item - unless you also notify us that you cancel the purchase.
Return
If you have regretted the purchase of an item, you must always contact our customer service at +45 42 62 06 00 or info@warmnordic.com to notify that you wish to return the item. The shipment back to us must be made without delay and thus no later than 14 days after you have notified us of the return.
Please note that you must return the item in the same condition (saleable condition) as you received it. This means, for example, that it must be unused, in its complete original packaging and that all accompanying material (labels, hangtags, assembly and care instructions, product sheets, etc.) must accompany the item when you return it. If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. If you are in doubt about anything, you are always welcome to call our customer service on +45 42 62 06 00 or email: info@warmnordic.com.
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, please send or return the item to us at the following address:
Warm Nordic
c/o DKI Logistics
Egeskovvej 20, Gate 513-535
8700 Horsens
Denmark
If you are in doubt about how to return an item, you are always welcome to email or call us by phone: +45 42 62 06 00 or email: info@warmnordic.com.
Return costs
The payment of the return costs is at the buyer's expense. Your return will therefore include a shipping cost for you.
Refund of the purchase amount
When you cancel a purchase, we will refund the amount we have received from you - minus the given shipping costs associated with the return. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for. If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s) or until you have submitted documentation that you have returned the item(s). Remember to save your shipping/postal receipt as proof that the item has been shipped. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
RECEIPT
NOTE: We only accept packages that are sent directly to our address. We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery.
If you are in doubt about anything, you are always welcome to contact our customer service by phone +45 42 62 06 00 or info@warmnordic.com.
Inspection of the product and packaging
You are only responsible for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature and properties of the goods/goods and the way they work.
You must normally examine the item in the same way as you would in a store, but you must not use it. If you have used the item in a way that you are not allowed or cannot in a business and we cannot sell the item again, you must take into account that we will deduct the decrease in value from the amount you are due back. If the item no longer has any commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
In accordance with the above, you must therefore return the item in its original packaging, as failure to do so may result in a reduction in value, whereby we cannot refund the full purchase price. Therefore, it is a good idea to hold on to the original packaging until you have made your final decision. You are liable for the item(s) until we receive it(s). So please save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.
The above terms and conditions are Warm Nordic's standard terms and conditions. In the event that local legislation in the individual countries gives you more advantageous rights than Warm Nordic's standard terms and conditions, we will of course respect these rules.
Warranty and right of complaint
Warm Nordic provides a 2-year guarantee on all goods. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
The Warm Nordic webshop works in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act as stipulated by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority. Complaints must be made in accordance with the rules of the Purchase Act. This means that you can complain about errors and defects that occur within 24 months of purchase. This could be an error or manufacturing defect. However, this does not apply to faults, damage or wear and tear as a result of improper use or lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
In other words, you have a right of complaint of 24 months. If your complaint is justified, depending on the specific situation, this means that you can have the item repaired or exchanged, be refunded or get a discount on the price.
DEFECTS
You must advertise as soon as possible after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
In the event of complaints, errors, shortages or delayed shipments, please call our customer service department on +45 42 62 06 00 or email info@warmnordic.com. Our customer service will determine the right way to handle your complaint. If the item is to be returned by parcel post, a return label must be attached to the package. If it is a larger item (for example a piece of furniture) we will arrange a time to collect it. In any case, it is important that you pack the product properly so that it is not damaged during transport. When returning an item, please also attach a detailed description of the problem.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.
Returns must be made to:
Warm Nordic
c/o DKI Logistics
Egeskovvej 20, Gate 513-535
8700 Horsens
